Delivery Information

SHIPPING:

All online orders are created after payment has been processed so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  If you need your order to arrive sooner than 2-3 weeks, please make your order through one of our sale associates by emailing orders@thecrystalcave.us.  We try to accommodate all orders but a rush charge may be applied based on the timeframe in which it is needed by. 

Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice. To ensure safe delivery by parcel carrier (UPS), additional packaging is required. $5.00 per shipping carton will be added to the invoice. If customer prefers a carrier other than UPS, customer must schedule the alternative carrier; $5.00 handling fee will apply.
